About

I am an integrative therapist with a compassionate and practical approach to helping clients heal, grow, and thrive using techniques rooted in cognitive behavioural therapy. My specialities include working with depression, anxiety, prolonged grief and PTSD. In addition, I enjoy supporting adults and couples navigating life transitions and reconnecting with their purpose.

In addition to seeing clients in private practice, I work at the University of Exeter Mood Disorder Centre as a Senior Clinical Research Therapist, where I supervise and train therapists in new modalities. I received my Master’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where I was trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I later went on to train in cognitive behavioural approaches to PTSD at the National Center for PTSD and eating disorders at The Center for Eating Disorders in Baltimore, Maryland. I am BAMBA and SW England accredited and an LCSW in California.
